DHA Neuromins™ 100 mg by Solaray supports normal, healthy brain function. It is a vegetarian source of a precise type of Omega 3 fatty acid. It is the most abundant fat found in the brain, retina and human breast milk. Omega-3 oil, such as docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), belongs to the class of nutrients called essential fatty acids.
