Instructions Add 1 to 2 servings (1 to 2 scoops) of Nitro-Tech Nighttime to 4 to
8 ounces of cold water or skim milk and mix in a shaker or stir.
Consume 1 to 2 servings of Nitro-Tech Nighttime before sleep (depending on
your protein needs). For maximum results, consume 2 servings of
