What payment options do you accept for online purchases?

  • Please note that we verify all credit cards with international billing addresses.

• Money Order - The money order must be in U.S. funds. Please make sure your name and invoice number is on the money order. We will ship the products as soon as we receive the money order. We do not ship orders until we receive payment.

• Checks :

The check must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.

A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.

No "starter" checks will be accepted. Your name must be pre-printed on the check.

Your physical address and telephone number must also be pre-printed or hand written onto the check. No P.O. Box addresses accepted.

What is your return policy ?

If you are would like to return any product, please E-mail our Customer Service Department at  sales@vitaminproshop.net within 30 days of the shipment date. We will ATTEMPT to get you a credit. Each product manufacturer has different returns policies. We will try our best to get you a refund. 

ALL RETURNS RECEIVED BY US WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE DESTROYED AND NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN. 

ALL SALES FINAL ON CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS

• YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING THE PRODUCT. 

• Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and salable condition in order to receive credit. 

• Nutrition bars and snacks cannot be returned.  

• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How are shipping and handling charges calculated?

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or if the package is refused, you will be charged all actual shipping costs plus a $10 fee. Please double check your shipping address and if you are shipping to a business please include your business name !

What is "Standard Shipping" ?

Our "Standard" shipping is UPS Ground or US Postal, depending on the package.  Delivery time is generally 2-5 business days. If you would to make special arrangements please contact us. 

How long will it take to get my order ?  

Most orders placed before 12PM CST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12PM may not be sent until the following business day. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you. 

 

Please note that if you select Next Day,  2nd Day, or 3rd Day Air as your shipping option,  your order will not necessarily arrive within 24-72 hours, you must allow time for order processing. 

 

Also note that these shipping options refer to business days so if you are placing an order on Friday or the weekend, you may save quite a bit of money by selection the US Mail option and still receive it by the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

How is sales tax calculated on orders?

Sales tax will not be charged on shipments outside of Kansas. For shipments within Kansas, 7.525% will be added to your total. 

Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?

YES ! We now ship to the following countries : Austria,  Belgium, Canada, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica,  Denmark, Finland,  Ireland, Israel, Japan, Korea,  Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Mexico,  Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Virgin Islands. We no longer ship to Australia, Germany, Italy, Spain or France due to a large number of returned packages.

You you will be responsible for clearing customs. This means you may have to PAY TAXES AND DUTIES. 

 

We declare all shipments as "Food  Supplements" and as "Merchandise" Please do not ask to send it as a "Gift" 

 

It is your responsibility to be aware of what is permitted in your country. Please not order any items which are prohibited in your country. We cannot be responsible for items seized by customs. In the event that your order is returned to us for any reason, we will only credit you for product price less a 15% restocking fee.

 

International shipping charges are not refundable !
