The Diets
To activate your metabolism
(and for weight loss purposes) take 3 heaping teaspoons before each meal and 4
heaping teaspoons before your last daily meal. 12 heaping teaspoons per day is
suggested to balance the amount of your amino-acids.
Build-up & performance improvement
Take up to 20 heaping teaspoons daily before meals if you have increased
physical or mental stress during sports, work, school or pregnancy.
Nutritional supplementation
Take 2 or 3 heaping teaspoons between meals to remain healthy, physically and
mentally fit, to prevent high or low cholesterol levels, do detoxify and to
prevent nutritional deviancies due to treated meats and pesticides in grains and
vegetables. 12 heaping teaspoons per day is suggested to balance the amount of
your amino-acids.
After the diet, consume the following in moderation:
Coffee, alcohol, tobacco, meat, sausage, fish, eggs, reheated food, bleached
flours, industrial sugars and sweets of any kind, Obesity increases your risk of
tumors.
You need:
Lots of liquids, fruits and vegetables (preferably organic), beets, blueberry
juice, black currant juice, whole grain breads, yogurt products. Fill your
protein requirements with at least 12 heaping teaspoons of Almased daily (or
more if needed)
Almased Turbo Diet Program
As described in Alma Goes on the Turbo Diet by
Raph Beckman (published by Nature Way Publishing ISBN 0-9711281-0-3) you can go
on a 2-week program as follows:
1. The first day is cleansing day. Cleanse your
digestive system with a laxative.
2. After the cleansing you can start on the Almased
dietary food.
Dosage: Divide your target weight (the weight in pounds you would like to
achieve) by 5. The resulting number is the daily amount of teaspoons of Almased
that you will split into 3 to 4 "meals" every day. (In other words: If
you want to weigh 130 lbs., you would take a total of 26 heaping teaspoons of
Almased each day, or 4 "meals" of 6 1/2 heaping teaspoons each.)
Mix the calculated amount of teaspoons of Almased per meal with cold or lukewarm
liquid (like water or unsweetened tea). You can eat unsalted vegetable broth
with or between your meals. remember to drink up to 3 quarts of liquid (water,
tea or similar) every day. You may continue the use of vitamin and mineral
supplements. If you experience some muscle pain after a few days, it will be
most likely caused by "free radicals" dissolved by the diet. You can
avoid that by taking a colloidal Vitamin C the first 3-4 days. You can get more

Modified Diet
Calculate your daily intake of Almased by using the same formula as the Turbo
Diet. Then have one or tow meal replacements per day with the Almased shakes.
For other meals you can have a light balanced meal or salad or some selections
from the Lifestyle Diet elsewhere on this site.
After these meals you can drink unlimited sugar- and alcohol-free liquids. If
necessary, use a mild laxative. If you plan to go out to eat, take 6 teaspoons
of Almased in a glass of liquid before you leave.
In order to maintain your weight, renew your cells or for purification purposes,
take 3 teaspoons of Almased before each meal. Children, stressed and elderly
people who do not want to lose weight should take 4 teaspoons after each meal in
a little cold or lukewarm liquid.
Pork and sausage should be avoided in general. Be careful with fruit, because
the body will tend to turn any from of sugar into fat (this is especially true
for women). Women should consume up to 600 calories daily in addition to the
Almased, men up to 1,000 calories plus Almased. Once you have reached your
target weight, women should consume over 1,500 calories plus Almased, and men
2,000 calories plus Almased.
A can of Almased should last between 5 an 20 days.
