Solgar's Calcium Ascorbate Crystals are the buffered form of Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) and are from pure fully reacted Calcium Ascorbate. This product is produced with no additives or flow agents. DIRECTIONS : As a dietary supplement for adults, 1/4 teaspoonful (approx. 130 mg) daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
