DIRECTIONS : To assure freshness and potency, store in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light and moisture. Can be taken with your favorite Solgar Multiple and/or Antioxidant formula. Use as a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) rounded teaspoon (approx. 5 grams.) daily preferably at mealtime to be dispersed in food or beverage, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
